I had sought help from your staff at the leisure center & email to you. But no one could fix the problem. I still fail to login and make booking at all!

Once I logged out there’s no option to log back in. App is now pointless for my membership.

I am a 65 years old male who frequently uses Broughton gym But when using the sauna I need to lie down to fully recover like we use to do Could you please provide an area and beds for us to be able to recover properly

I’ve been coming to this gym for about a year , I tried a different one before and never felt settled there. The classes are great and interactive, instructors are friendly and well liked and the gym is laid out well ! You’ll never come here and not get a hello or a smile off either the staff or customers ! Well priced as well

Nowhere on this app can you find what a daily session costs. Not everyone wants a monthly membership. Secondly, there is an option for “ladies swim” where you have to put a date in. I did a search for every day for the next 5 days then gave up. Surely there should be a “list” of dates and times available instead of me searching for it? Overall and in my opinion this app is not user friendly as I will now have to visit the gym to find this information out which defeats the object

The leisure centre in irlam is a great place to go. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Lots of classes and activities and a great swimming pool and sauna. I am so glad I joined it.

Very bad, not able to book badminton court from app. Not sure what’s the use of this app. Only to recursively take membership? Not sure !! Bizarre!!

Unable to log in and staff at the recreation centre are not too sure how to use the Ap!!!!!!! Logged on last week all working fine. Now I no longer exist and staff cannot sort it

This app is so very hard to use. I give up

I find the app unusable on my phone or iPad. I’ve been advised to restart my device and delete and re download the app. I’ve done both with no effect whatsoever. It all worked perfectly a week ago, why replace something that works with something that doesn’t work at all. Not a very good move. I’m mainly interested in swimming at Worsley leisure centre and it keeps telling me to make selections which I’ve already made. Useless at the moment
