Using the salon Scale we have increased our revenue by $50,000.00!!!!! Not only are the stylists paying attention and not wasting product, they are seeing rewards by earning more with retail. Without this device I realize the waste and the loss of revenue and I was always fighting to break even! Now I have profit!!!! WOO HOO!!! If you do not have Salon Scale, Get it NOW!!! The support is fantastic and the resources they have are perfect for teaching and making the transition extremely smooth.

How do we sign in as a new user? It won’t let me open it. Help!

You can't create a new user to log in.

The scales aren’t that great- they are no more precise than a regular cheaper kitchen scale. Also if you decide to cancel your subscription make sure you have a copy of all your clients formulas because you will lose them all.

The app itself was pretty straight forward to set up. Definitely need to login with a computer to set your account up. I have no issues with anything but the scale! I don’t think they could have gotten a cheaper scale. The tare function and power share the same button, and it is “touch” sensitive. However, when you go to tare, it won’t tare or power off unless you hit the perfect spot (good luck finding it) Also, I use oz to weigh my color and this scale shows 4.5 instead of 4.51 or 4.59 (which is a big difference in color results) so that is a big disappointment since it looks cute. I’ve resorted to using my old Wella scale and manually inputting. If it weren’t for the scale, I would have given 5 stars.

I recommend the app for sure. It helps you know your numbers and an easy effective way. The Bluetooth scale however, it is not accurate in weight and is mor difficult/ more steps than manually entering your numbers into the app. It’s so frustrating when people sell you a Solution that is actually more of a problem/ non functional.

Sounds like a great idea but can’t get past sign in 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

Been using almost 2 years. I’ve been happy with all the updates they have had and especially the customer service is top notch!

I cannot get passed the sign in screen. It does not give me an option to create a new account. I would love to sign in!!

I would love to try this. I’ve heard awesome things about it. However I cannot get past the login screen before it shuts down on me.
