Short, challenging and minimal to no equipment required, no workout is above 35 minutes, making it easy to do anywhere and anytime!

We believe any master plan starts by cultivating the quality of your mind. Each yoga practice explores the full spectrum; asana (body), pranayama (breath), and meditation (mind). Best workout app!
I used to use a different app for yoga, different for workouts, and different for breathwork… now I have everything in one place with awesome, authentic, wholesome teachers! I LOOOVE animal flow/ginastica natural and have not found that on any other workout app. Literally the best work outs for surfing 😍 feeling strong, feeling inspired, feeling ready for wave, thanks Salty Club!

Amazing fitness app
The Salty Club has everything I need from an intense physical work out to relax and chill sound meditations. I am inspired every day to live a life of wildness and to do this my mind body and spirit need to be in the best form. If it’s not, I refocus and grow with the Salty Club. In most of their work out classes I feel that I get the balance I need for taking my health seriously, but having fun too.

Love the salty classes and use the app for morning routine and breathwork everyday. I wish they did more challenges and miss Gina’s booty burner classes.

I love Erika’s classes (we are mostly focused on learning Ginastica and doing some yoga). HIGHLY recommend.

These are my favorite workouts. Salty keeps me motivated and encourages me to move my body in new ways that increase my strength and mobility and leave me feeling totally rejuvenated! I love their challenges and their instructors are so inspiring! They’ve been a critical force in me getting a regular movement practice in my life.
