Fine until 1 week ago. Suddenly white screen. Deleted app and re input. Fine for about 15 mins, then again crashes. Switched iPhone 14 off and restarted with same result. Deleting app completely and physically going to surgery. A nuisance but no other way.
Has usual I find the online services here rarely function correctly. This is app yet is not work on iOS.

Deleted my profile won’t let me reinput it ? I have a NIE but no box to input it on DNI. Tried passport and TIA number. Can anyone help
Had the app on my iPhone 11 and myself and husband were registered and had frequently used it in the past with no problems. Had several problems recently with the app not working correctly, so decided to delete it and re-install. The App installs but when I try to register and put my details in and press ‘guardar’ nothing happens. I have tried dozens of times with both mine and my husbands details but the same problem.
App doesn’t work. Just has white screen
Uploading documents and app continues crashing
Waste of time , does not recognise any of my documents I enter 🤷🏼♂️
