This is a useless initiative that was made using taxpayers money,no action is being taken on any complaint no matter how many times you report it

Its a funny app. You log complaint it keeps on transferring to departments. I logged complaint in Oct and its Dec end but till now out of 8 complaint all are active. Its a No Action app.

Crash while opening. India has the best software developers in the world but why is the Indian app always in the worst category?

This app is wonderful and I am saying it openly that I have never used govt maintained app so well and it is so simple to use

After latest update App is hanging and continues to stream endlessly without any resolution , poor update

Tried to lodge a complaint but the basic selection of options aren't capturing and holding the option. I don’t understand why public authorities even design or develop an app or get into technology they’re incapable to even maintaining hence a gross waste of money. If it’s not your core and creating a garbage experience why not outsource to someone who knows the subject

It’s not working it’s showing fail attempt every time now.

I was so hopeful when I found the app, but turns out it’s completely useless. It keeps crashing and doesn’t lodge your complaint. Total waste of time of time and energy. I don’t think anyone’s doing anything to fix it or fix it’s bugs. Sad. Why can’t government portals get a good investment of the tax payer’s money? Isn’t it a very basic need?

I was flabbergasted the cities of Jammu Kashmir have not been listed on the app despite abrogation of article 370.

I am trying to post new complaint but not able to do so for last 1 day. Please fix it, this application is really important for all of us to lodge complaints.
