Consistent error message popping up: “The username or password is incorrect”
Cant pay for credit card bill. Error.. after new update app totally not warking
It says the password is expired. I have renewed the password March 2019 and now it says the password is expired and no way to renew. It’s not possible to go to the bank every time when the password is expired. Uninstalled and never use again because useless.
This was a much needed change, especially since banks in Sri Lanka are catching up on the “mobile banking” concept. This app is off to a good start but I have a few ideas on how you could improve the user experience for us customers and some of the features many of us need, but aren’t currently provided by this application. This app needs to be more simplistic, and the gesture controls can also be improved; for instance, you can swipe right to open the menu but you can’t swipe back left to go back to the main page. Just like that, it’s some really small yet smart changes that can make this app better than the others out there! Information with regard to bugs and possible changes should be of much use to the developer in order to improve this application and meet the demand of the customer. So maybe you could provide a developer email at which we could reach and report issues, would love to contribute! In the login page, for me personally, putting the version number, and the application provider is more of advertising and not of any need to the customer. Try to remove all the unnecessary things that are not of interest to the customer. But it’s great to see FaceID and TouchID integration! If you guys can work towards more of a simplistic yet interactive UI, the whole experience for us will be much better. Cheers for the good work done!
No option is given to delete personal payees. When the payee is saves with an error, we must have right o delete that payee
After the new update on Nov 2021, I cannot login to Vishwa app using the username and password. However I’m able to login using same password in web. They need to test new versions before publishing.
Cannot login to the app for 4 days. And app was auto logout for the last several days.
The app is always crashing when I click on the menu items. UI is also very sloppy.
Very poorly implemented. The login system does not work at all if we use faceID or fingerprint. Even with password login, it does not work right and my phone does not even save the password.
I wanted to do my payment with Sampath Bank app to transfer cash to my other account from another bank but it said that third party accounts (Sampath Bank) and I couldn’t transfer cash to my other account please try to sort this issue as soon as possible
