Need to improve

The refrigerator doesn’t have a profile screen on the settings page and I can’t connect as described by the app

Unable to sign in with the SmartThings credentials. Always wants me to login No integration with other Samsung apps

None of my lists are updated even though it automatically signed in to my account when I downloaded the app.

Seriously, what went wrong? How can a company be on top of the world and literally collapse and any and everything… it doesn’t matter which product, they’re all junk now, full of bugs, zero innovation, horrible UX, shove advertisements down your throat, and cheaply made. It’s sad as I used to be an extremely loyal consumer, but I’ve purchased my last Samsung product ever. I wish you the best.

It’s hard to imagine a more poorly designed or implemented connection from your fridge to your smart device, it’s literally so complex it’s not even worth it, everybody who worked on this should be fired.

Won't connect to server is the constant message. Useless

Without question, a horribly developed app, completely useless for the purposes of a key appliance in your kitchen. One of the great missed opportunity flubs of the modern tech era. Turns a great lcd panel into a worthless piece of glass. After the first week of putting photo’s up, you will ignore it, since it has not real value. This company put their dumb as dirt team on its development and it shows!

This app won’t even let me sign it it just lets me enter my email then a white page. There is also no where to sign in with google so my previous account linked to my fridge doesn’t work

Hate the internet browser support blame the actual website but it works fine on iPhone and PC’s in the how. Same old blame game with technology. Fix your product Samsung!
