Open the charging case.
On your mobile device, tap Settings -> Bluetooth and then connect earbuds and mobile devices.
Launch the Samsung Galaxy Buds app, and the follow the on-screen instructions to complete the connection.
* The Samsung Galaxy Buds application connects Samsung Galaxy Buds+ and Samsung Galaxy Buds Live to your iPhone.
* Use the Samsung Galaxy Buds application to set up and manage the following features.
- Connect to and disconnect from a mobile device
- Earbuds & Charging Case battery status
- Ambient Sound (Samsung Galaxy Buds+ only)
- Active Noise Cancelling (Samsung Galaxy Buds Live only)
- Equalizer Setting
- Touchpad Setting
- Advanced Feature
- Find my Earbuds
- Earbuds Software Update
* Compatibility:
- iPhone 7 or later models with the iOS 10 and higher version
- The Galaxy Buds application is not compatible with Galaxy Buds (SM-R170)
* Settings and features provided by the Galaxy Buds application are only available when Galaxy Buds+ or Galaxy Buds Live is connected to your mobile device. Features will not work properly without a proper connection between your earbuds and your mobile device.

Issue updating earbuds
I have a missing earbud live. I decided to use my brother’s right earbud with my left one. I follow some guide and during the pairing process, I get a notification pop up that basically says I have to update my earbuds because the software on them is not the same. (One of them is not updated)
After pressing, yes to update the software, I get an error message that says couldn’t update software. “There was a problem connecting to the server. Try again later.”
So it seems that i won’t be able to pair them… Is there something I can do about that?

Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro
Please update the app, today I received my new Galaxy Buds2 Pro, I can connect the buds with iPhone 11 Pro Max but the app does not recognize them, it’s a pity, Please developers do something i purchased your best model, until I will change mobile device and go to Samsung , here is your opportunity to prove that you support your devices either it is a SAMSUNG cell phone or an IPhone … if you do not do this then guess the disappointment of your potential future clients…

Why your Apple apps team doesn’t support all the buds tws for iPhones???I have the latest phone the latest buds 2 pro and no app to even do the basics…totally unacceptable Samsung…
Trouble connecting the buds w/ the app
I just acquired an Samsung galaxy buds pro model SM-R190 and I am also owner of an iPhone 13 Pro Max and no matter how much I have tried it is impossible to connect them with the app so I can not make any updates if necessary. It is very pity not to be able to pair with the app.
