We understand that everyone needs to look after their mental and physical health in their own way. We want to provide the tools in one place that allow people to look after their wellbeing in a way that works for them! Whether that be through meditation or sleep content or anything in between.
We work with experts in their fields, from clinical psychologists to personal trainers to create audio and written content that is easy to both find and access.
• Wellbeing content: We have hundreds of hours of content that give people the tools they need, whenever they need it. From quick and easy content on a range of topics from a short mindfulness session to easy to make recipes. To longer form guides, where we will walk you through topics such as stress, mindfulness and connection to learn and improve your wellbeing in a way that works for you
• Wellbeing journal: Properly understand your wellbeing. Track your wellbeing and use the data to take the correct actions to help you to improve your mood and wellbeing.
We use 4 pillars to understand how you are feeling, including mood, energy, sleep and nutrition.
