Sandata Mobile Connect

I’ve up had nonstop issues with the app and the software provided from this company. I currently have issues that are preventing me from being paid by the state because things aren’t matching up. It seems that the system isn’t saving my inputs from which the states software compares to in order to pay me. You will be contacting this company frequently until they get issues fixed. In spite of these troubles, the staff is very helpful and kind.

The losers who made this app should be lined up against the wall and have their brains blasted out. This is what happens when government is corrupt.

Updated app and now it doesn't work .... What was the point of it??? 11/24 STILL NOT WORKING!!! 11/25 STILL NOT WORKING!!! 11/26 Is anyone gonna fix this stupid app ANYTIME SOON? 12/1 STILL NOT WORKING!!! 12/3 STILL NOT WORKING!!!

Check ins are disappearing and reappearing. Check outs are showing but not syncing with check ins. It’s a horrible app that’s not reliable. It throws you all over the place with gps. They say it’s accurate but it’s shows I’m in East coast like Tennessee then back in California in 4 hours. IT needs to get this fixed. Only work around a rep suggested is delete the app between check in and outs. Which is a waste of time but works sometimes. So best way is download app. Check in. Delete the app. When ready to check out. Re-download the app. Then check out. Then delete the app and repeat. That’s the only helpful suggestion from Sandata so far. Otherwise you are spending hours trying to find out what is happening to your check ins and outs.

Frustrating and poorly implemented

There are some things with the app that could be improved. Log in process is terrible with the frequency of password changes/lock out issues. The app defaults to Notes and should Default to Tasks. Makes it easy to skip tasks. When you get to tasks it should be one step not two. Sandata the software is terrible riddled with bugs and billing is inefficient at best.

This app is causing threats from management for disciplinary action if “Red” phones don’t stop. This app shows multiple employees out of range when clocking in and out. I am weary of the threats due to the malfunction of this revised app. We had NO problems w the previous app. This is not on my end and have gone as far as to contact Apple. They agree it is this awful app. I will be filing a grievance w my union. This is costing people their jobs!!!

This app was ok when it would open up sometimes it would say I was in the wrong place when I wasn’t but now I can’t even open it up it won’t load anything can you please fix this issue as I have to use this app to punch in and out

I can’t even open the app to use it.
