This app needs updated It’s glitching a lot.

I wish I could give negative stars, i guarantee if you use this app it will give you a headache. A toddler could develop a more stable app. Rarely connects, if and when it does it’s extremely slow, you are required to change your password in such little time and the password requirements are ridiculous. Bad bad bad app, only use it because I’m required to because of my job. If I could kick whoever made this app in their nuts, I would

This is one of the worst apps I have to use on a regular basis. I’m a software engineer, so I could write about how bad it is for an hour. In the end, it’s poorly designed and that’s all there is to it.

Stop it! We’re busy! Otherwise, I like the app.

I echo what others have said. The way this app communicates through it’s servers for flow is so clunky and glitchy. I’m constantly clocking in late. This is unacceptable when I’m in excellent Wi-Fi and or cellular network. The loading circle is just ridiculous when you’re executing simple clock in/out procedures. Your app is used by many county and state mandatory reporting agencies, so you have the funds to have a decent server communication system. Secondly, the button labels is very hard to comprehend for people. I know this is something that will most likely never change. I have had so many issues training workers on clocking in and especially clocking out. The verbiage of the button labels and the confirmation buttons is atrocious. I cannot ask my agency to change them because they say it’s standard. They claim all they can change is the work code labels & description of work codes. Just sad. You are blatantly taking money from numerous states and doing the bare minimum to make the most amount of money/return. Pathetic. Buy more sever port memory for faster communication. This will catch up to you and agencies in states will start to drop their contracts.

SERIOUSLY “change your password every 30 DAYS?!!! And it takes FOREVER to change said password!! WHY did you make it so bloody complicated!? It literally takes 15-20 minutes just to change the password, ( which is a really BAD THING, when you are trying to clock in or out) because you require it to be too long with too many additional characters, symbols, numbers, etc. NEVER have I ever had an app that requires my password to be changed so often! Good grief, it’s not like National security, I have friends/ family that work for the government, and they don’t even have to make their password this complicated nor, change them this often! And don’t EVEN get me started on how many times this thing glitches or work SLOWER THAN FORZEN MOLASSES! Whoever wrote this app, seriously needs to rethink it from a workers perspective, because they totally BLEW IT!!

I am an agency owner amd we use this app from the State for Clock ins and outs and its the worst app wver! It never loads, buttons sometimes missing or do not work. At one point it was missing in the Google Play for all Androids users. I can mever schedule clients in there without waisting about 3 hours because its either not working that day or doesn’t want to load properly or buttons are all of a sudden deactivated and do not work! Who ever works on this app or even maintains it needs to go back to coding school. Do not ever get this app!

The worst app, makes you actually not work for the company.

This app is by far one of the worst apps I have on my phone. Being that it’s used for a job, and what’s currently my only job, I expect better. The speed is the biggest issue. Even if I’m using the greatest WiFi possible, this app runs slow as can be. Loading takes minutes sometimes, it will sometimes fail at logging in, clocking in and out takes forever and sometimes glitches out, it can be unresponsive at times; it is just genuinely a bad app and the fact an app made in this day in age AND is meant for work is truly horrible. And I can be this harsh because I’ve used it everyday for 13 months straight now.
