No longer works!
I hadn’t used my Ibi in a while. When I tried to use it last week it said the device was offline. I can’t connect in any way, shape, or form. Not with iOS, not with Android, not even on my laptop. All say the device is offline. And before you ask, there’s nothing wrong with my internet service. I also tried connecting with bluetooth. Still doesn’t work. The reset button doesn’t work either, so I can’t try that option. I understand the desktop app no longer works, but nothing else does either! I’ve used several Sandisk/Western Digital products over the years, but I think I’ll take my business elsewhere.
Bad app good concept
It’s a theoretically good product engineered badly.

These guys sold me this piece of junk and then support disappeared. I’ll never buy anything from Western Digital again. Your a terrible company
Works great but need minor tweak.
Had the ibi for 3 years now and it runs great. Updates are good but noticed once I upgraded from my iPhone Xs to 14 pro then 15 pro the top two corners of the iPhone with functions, do not work well. Maybe the press function area was coded too small for my fingers? My fingers are average size male. But no matter if it’s hamburger menu, X icon, or whatever function they put it only works 20% of the time. Had to press multiple times to finally hit the small invisible target area to work. Most of the time I’m just closing the app and open it up and start all over again. All other features they have works well and runs great!

Ibi
It was a product that I really liked ! It was nice to put your photos on and then watch them on your tv, have bad eyesight , but since they deleted that option it is almost worthless to me !!
iPhone 14
Does Not work if you have a new iPhone 14. Needs a software fix ASAP
