CONFUSING!
This operation should be more simplified. I couldn’t tell what, if anything, I should do even from the odd tutorial. Also, immediately upon installation, It solicited for related apps.
100% recommend
I rarely write reviews for apps, but I downloaded SaneBox on Monday because I had so much spam emails coming in that I thought about just deleting the email entirely. I saw something on youtube and thought I would give it a shot. After 5 days after the initial set up the program learned what emails need to go to the “black hole” and I can already tell the difference of looking at unwanted emails. Overall I would and have recommended this app to friends and family.
DO NOT USE THIS APP
I used sanebox for many years. It was just ok, not great. I cancelled over the weekend and my emails were not returned to me inbox as indicated, instead they were deleted. Their customer service is garbage and apple needs to remove this app from their App Store. DO NOT USE THID APP

One star because your app keeps asking me to rate it. That’s annoying and I hate whoever made the choice to show me this rating dialog time and time again.
Very Helpful
I had 20,000 emails and the thought of going through and deleting them all was a pure anxiety-inducing nightmare. SaneBox helped clean up those emails with an easy-to-understand method. Love the fact it creates folders for your inbox and you can train certain types of emails where to go so that moving forward, every email is organized exactly where you want it to be. I wish this wasn’t free for just a trial, but this may be one of the first apps I decide to pay to continue using when the free trial ends.
I need an encyclopedia
I need a technology encyclopedia in order to operate this software. And I just don’t have the time to look up one. So therefore I can function with this software. The developer believes that he discovered gold. In his design. But his layout is very complex and I just can’t see user-friendly to functionality in this platform. It’s just me. Because this app has high ratings. So forgive me for being on the slow bus.
Time saver
I have tried every email management software out there and SaneBox is the only one that substantially improves how effectively I can handle ~400 emails per week. One downside is that the app and website look like they were designed in 2008, but you rarely have to use it because it automatically manages your email. Once it is set up it functions behind the scenes.
NO LIVE PERSON PHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Way too complicated. Does a bunch of stuff you don’t want it to do. BUT DOESN’T SEEM TO BE ABLE TO KEEP JUNK MAIL FROM COMING TO YOUR JUNK FOLDER.
It’s ok
Good concept , sort of reliable. The app has to be the worst designed app ever . Also the filters don’t pull the names of the emails but it tell you the email address from where it was sent that makes it very hard to find emails . Good concept but please for that prize you must do better at designing a decent app. It’s really terrible and unusable
