I feel very disappointed that this very professional Dr has left the Sanford Medical System ....it is a huge loss This Dr showed professionalism in every way... from being empathetic and a great listener, to his skill in diagnosing a medical issue and the next form of treatment

It would be nice to be able to add all the information into my health for Apple… I have my other records there but I can’t with Sanford. It is a pain

For months now, you can’t attach photos from iPhone library to messages. You start to attach, and it only allows you to select a size but never hit attach. It only works from desktop which is SUPER inconvenient. Can’t believe this has gone on so long without being fixed!

Since the last update the app no longer successfully adds appointments to the calendar. The appointment creation feature no longer has a button to save the appointment. Update on 10/9/2023: A few months ago the calendar issues I reported in my original review were fixed, but that issue with the invisible Save button has returned. Additionally starting this week the app won’t add an appointment to my calendar unless I give it full access to the calendar. That level of access should not be required to simply add an event to my calendar. Previously the app used a permission of Add Only and that was enough.

The app no longer lets me add appointments unless I give the app full access to my calendar. It should add appointments even if the app only has Add Only calendar permissions.

It’s not working all of a sudden, I can’t click on any of the tabs. It won’t let me see my summary, email my DRs back or set appointments. I need this app for my Primarily Progressive MS. I need this app for my care team to talk to me. Please help me!!!!

Always get a failed login ,” can’t connect to server”. I have to login my chart to see my Sanford connections but it doesn’t allow me to see everything. This apps is junk. Use to be so good and easy .

This app continually asks me to set up Face ID login and a passcode pin. I will set it up and try to log in and it has never worked. Just says it has failed. Super frustrating and annoying!

Can’t even schedule an appointment, the nurses says I have to do it on the app!!! Omg!!

Good luck logging in to this app during non-business hours. The service is shut off because it’s only powered by the hamsters from 9am - 4pm.
