The new and improved official Santikos Theatres mobile app is here. Guests can browse both current and future films/events, watch trailers, find showtimes, pick your seats and have the ticket displayed on your iOS device so that you can skip the box office and go right to the ticket taker for entry. Santikos Loyalty Rewards members can now see their points, view their purchase history, get points for their purchases and the card wallet will save their card info for quick purchases. Coming soon: Rewards members will be able to redeem their rewards using the mobile app.

Missing Apple wallet functionality

Need to be able to save tickets to Apple wallet.

Fee

The convenience of the app is great! I don’t like the $2 per ticket charge. I think it should be one fee per order.

Cibolo

The Cibolo location doesn't show up in the app

Can't sign in to app

Constantly says there are server issues, also when I was able to use the app it was a pain that you had to actually call to cancel tickets bought through the app compared to buying them on the website.

Love this new remodeling They did we love so close to this place me an my daughters go every weekend to play an rack up points in there huge game room ,( keep cool in this Texas heat)

Not all theaters listed

The past couple weeks not all theaters are available

Not working for me anymore

Ever since the the technical difficulties they had in March my app just hasn’t worked correctly. I used to have no problem with it, but now I can’t buy tickets anymore and today, it didn’t even show me anything, no movies, no theater info nothing! And there doesn’t seem to be an update I can do. I’ve had to buy tickets old school. What’s up? Is it my phone? I don’t know.

I really liked this app to keep track of rewards and purchase tickets but there seems to be something wrong and it’s not showing any theaters! Please fix soon!

Fix it please.

The palladium is gone from the app! Please do a software patch on the app as this seems to be happening with multiple theatres for people. The website is not user friendly to purchase tickets on.
