Every time i log in it’s requires an update Recieved an email about a penalty told to log in and view it on the app, i log in SOA and correspondence have nothing on the penalty. I enquire via chatbot, i get no reply. I try to call no answer. 😫

You used to be able to log a request for a call back. It is no longer working. Please fix

Reset password tried logging in still not working

Been trying to get the app working for a while now. No help from SARS. I can’t log in even though my inputs are correct. Guess I won’t pay taxes then.

It’s 28/10/2024 The app is not letting me login. I initially that the problem was unique to me and maybe just needed an update but it’s not just me and the app has been updating the WHOLE day now. Please resolve this issue asap and prevent it from happening AGAIN because this is not the first time I’m encountering this issue

I can’t really rate the functionality of the app because every single time I try to login the app crashes immediately
