Log in problems
What apps you build? Please dont do apps if can handle. Very bad website better
Self Collection Misleading
Self Collection of own pick up cannot collect in the shop, and not giving any information until I wasted time going to the store and cannot get. I only found out it states in email. WTH email!! Who will see email. Please state in your SELF PICK UP area before troubles next customer! Bought item 03/08 and today is 14/08 still no news. I never seen such a worst e-commerce platform! And 15/08 I make a call only they process my order, so funny their staff is sleeping!

App could only be open for a few seconds before it auto shut despite few retry attempts. Pls resolve the problem asap. Thanks

The app says I have the wrong login details but I’m able to login with the exact same email and password on the website version. Please fix!

Unstable App
Keep on appear the error message ‘unable to get a stable connection’ no matter how many times I tried to refresh. Please fix it. It is really irritating when scrolling the app for shopping and even place order.

Always show unable to get a stable connection. But if check in online page no any problem 🙄
