Best taxis ever company

I can’t fault Satalite Cabs, they are so professional. The reason I gave 4 and not 5 is the app. I accidentally deleted the app. When I opened it again I inputted the required information which the app wouldn’t accept as the phone number and email were already in use. Now the app is totally redundant for me.

Driver Late - had to make other arrangements.

First time using this app - on time & a very pleasant driver

1st driver took job for 7.35 am but was heading out to Blarney at 7.41 am ! When I saw this on the app I called the driver and he said he hadn’t taken the job and rejected it then on the app ! Then Darren picked it up.

Was sent a text by the marvellous Satelite app, told my driver was en route. He arrived all smiles , amazing vehicle , clean and nippy. Got to the airport in good time , set me off for my business trip very well. Paid up using phone app . All good , all go ….Thanks Luke , thank you Satelite Taxis. Brilliant.

First the driver was running late , he took 22 minutes to arrive to pick me up. He claimed he was lost even though I entered the correct collection address and said the money was higher due to that . He ended up heading to the wrong location to drop me off and also claimed I provided the incorrect address even though I was tracking the journey with the same address on my phone. The driver was not an honest person and took advantage and over charged!! I would give 0 stars if it was possible

Terrible service,driver ignored sat Nat quickest route 3 times and route we know to be quickest to get more fare,a journey we take every week and cost us €10 more,when we questioned driver he pulled over and told us to leave the car but we refused leave. Absolutely disgusted with this service.
