App hides the text filed you’re typing in with the keyboard. No simple way to copy paste stuff, as one normally would with booking reference and such. Sign up / Login is broken. I just spent some 30 minutes trying to log in. Guess what it asks me to do when I enter my id and password to log in? The app asks me to Log in before I can log in! What? Yeah…

Both mobile aoo application and official Website are extreemly slow and often get stuck in middle of a check in or booking transaction. I‘m seeing the „Coffee serving Gif“ / waiting …. more than any functionality in the app. It‘s surprising to experiment this with an Airline like Saudia

Very useless airline and his services not pickup my call very bad costumer service on whats app given not answer. I hate this airline services.

If u check in online u directly get a seat. U can’t change it without a fee.

The app is designed well, but really not working properly at all. It‘s shaky and buggy, The logic for managing bookings is not working well. Too much errors and bugs to specifically name them. Because of the bad app and other online services from Saudia Airlines I will not consider their services again.

The new update logged me out of my Alfursan account and removed my upcoming trips, now I can’t login nor can I add my trips. Please fix it.
