Very poor app for a nice loyalty program
The app is useless and not created with end users in mind. Since the implementation of this app, and after more than 10 years of membership I have to cancel appointments at Saujana restaurants because I cannot get the app to work. Even resetting passwords doesn’t work. Need to contact the Lifestyle office to do it for you. I hope the management can figure out a way to built an app with their users in mind.
