My Go to Fitness App
This is the best-personalized workout app I’ve used so far on app store! I’ve been using it for every workout over the last month. Routines can be done at home, in the gym, outside, or anywhere else. Beginner to expert workouts is available. They offer a wide range of training video lengths. And the fact that this program is organized into training sections makes it easy to use. David is unique, inspiring, and always upbeat! What I like the most is that the program is personalized. And the Savage team creates a custom nutrition plan for me and a workout program on day 1. I have access to direct messaging to the community and personal trainer David if I have any questions, which is also very useful when I’m confused about a movement. So whether you're searching for a leg workout, a core routine, or arm strengthening exercises, it's all easy to find, and David is super helpful, inspiring, and always upbeat. There are both female and male programs. From high-intensity exercises, strength training, to cardio, and functional training, and pretty much anything else! My progress is also trackable, and they include workout customizations, like rep & weight tracking, timers to indicate how long you've been gone and how much time you have left, and information on how to avoid injury. So I recommend it! I've been able to meet my fitness goal and bulk up in muscle as a result. And it seems like people in the Savage community are sharing some good results. I look forward to the future workouts they plan on adding!! I'll provide more updates in the future as I get further into the 6 week program.
