Konfiguration efter eget ønske
Hvor ville det være rart hvis man kunne konfigurere de kolonner man ønsker at se, i sin Porteføljerapport-> Position. Det kan man på web-versionen. Hvorfor ikke i App’en. Der er rigtig mange, synes jeg, ligegyldige kolonner, således man skal scrolle horisontalt Big time for at kunne se eksempelvis total fortjeneste, hver gang man starter App’en op
New version of the app is disappointing
I am very disappointed that Saxo does not give the flexibility right to the customer to choose what to be displayed on the platform and how. The updated app shows daily changes on the main portfolio page. But the older version, where earn/loss since purchase was shown was a lot more useful for me.
Bedste danske platform
Uden sammenligning bedste platform på det danske marked. Let at bruge, gode overblikke, god kundeservice, meget billige priser. Det eneste der mangler er at kunne købe fractional shares. Hvis dette var muligt fik de 5 stjerner.

Har brug for at vide hvad værdipapiret er købt for i forhold til aktuelle kurs. Hvad udbytte er for evt køb af værdipapir og hvornår

Saxo har stået stille, der sker ikke noget relevant på platformen. Nordnet har overhalet indenom på app fronten.

Det er umuligt at give feedback
Har prøvet i flere omgange at gøre opmærksom på fejl og problemer, men det ender altid med en ubrugelig omgang med en chatbot efterfulgt af telefonkø for at snakke med en medarbejder. Kun på engelsk, der er tilfældigvis aldrig danske medarbejdere tilgængelige, med en skrattende forbindelse og accent, der gør det svært at høre. Jeg har endnu ikke oplevet at få et problem løst. Senest er øverste strike forsvundet fra Saxo app’en idet jeg solgte nogle lavere for at rulle dem op. Nu sidder jeg med mine kontanter og kan se kontrakten, jeg gerne vil købe, alle andre steder end på Saxo. Men I havde den på listen lige før..? Hvad sker der, kan jeg ikke regne med adgang til markedet gennem Saxo?
