The SBS Transit app, previously known as iris, provides travel information to enhance commuters' travel experience on SBS Transit's public buses and trains.
The SBS Transit app not only offers bus arrival timings on a real time basis, it also provides a host of helpful information such as details of the bus routes, bus services that are delayed or diverted and scheduled changes in bus operating hours.
Users can also obtain the first and last train operating hours, planned changes in train service hours as well as alerts if train services are delayed or disrupted.

unable to open the apps
After upgraded to this version, I cannot even open it at all.
One of the good app
Verry good app. Very accurate. Love the UI/UX. Make my journey a breeze.
Raiting
The buses are horrible bad customer service and they still don’t wait for people I was right infront of the door and the shut me out! The app is garbage too the loading screen loads for a very long time and the timings aren’t even accurate even the slightest once it said 20 mins but it came In about a minute or 2

Super unreliable
Inaccurate timings
The app does not serve the critical function of its existence. The bus arrival estimations are ridiculously inaccurate - it can jump from 3 mins to 8 mins, or state 18 mins but the bus is already arriving. Tech is super backward for this app which has long been in existence.
Not intuitive app
Bookmark feature is lousy and cumbersome to use. U need to have a FAQ on how to use it. Goes to show how not intuitive it is.
Not accurate
Bro one time I saw in this app bus come in 21 min then at the exact moment the bus come. Then another time I got take lrt cuz app say bus come in 30 min. When I in lrt stn I open my phone then see that bus was arriving.
Timing is a lie
I thought that I would make it to my destination on time since I only had to wait 8 minutes but I had to wait for 15 minutes before the bus arrived. This app is not accurate at all.
Unreliable timings
Bad information is worse than no information and this app likes to provide the former too many times , and the latter occasionally
