The new update which has come up in December has really downgraded the over all sc app mobile experience. 1. Most of the times it doesn't work well on WiFi 2. Using Mobile data- you have to kill the app atleast twice in order to login 3. Login is usually taking much longer time as compared to the previous build 4. Since morning I am unable to login and continuously getting an error - Unble to process your request ( Mobile) 5. Tried logging in thru my laptop but sadly the notification again goes to the mobile app which is currently down I believe.
