With the recent iOS updates, the app will open but crashes right away. Knowing that SC is a huge bank, they would’ve been a step ahead knowing that there will be an iOS update. The app has no updates for more than a month or so…Very disappointed
I commend the bank in terms of the quality of customer service offered by its personnel. However, I believe customers will enjoy a similar experience with this App if the bank can do the following: 1. Add a module to this App that allows customers to dispute failed transactions without having to call the dedicated customer service phone lines 2. Improve the App to allow transaction receipt generation. This is very important 3. Make the App’s interface more user-friendly and easy to navigate Thank you
Hi I can’t seem to apply for products via the app, actually I can’t even open a dollar account via the app for months on end. Even engaged them via twitter and also went to the bank, it was all futile. Don’t know what else to do. Love the app, there’s a lot of pros to it but the user experience and accessibility is just a few of the cons.
I’ve been trying to create an account for a few months now and they keep referring me from the app to the website and back to the app. Is there any other way I can create an account?
The app interface is not user friendly. Too many complications. I believe an app is supposed to be easy to use so everyone can benefit from it. The transfer process is way too complicated. Buying airtime is equally difficult.
I switched to IPhone and I realized I can’t transfer to account I used to. It keeps saying I need to delete the beneficiary and when I delete it, it still won’t go through. I noticed with 3 different accounts.
I have redownload and rebooted my device endlessly it crashes like crazy not opening or initiation
Everytime I sign on, I am deregistered and I have to generate an OTP, then set a new password. Every damn time! It’s an annoying thing and I hate it so so much. Zero stars if possible
Please get the app to create proper receipts. Every other bank has this. It is embarrassing when I tell people my bank app doesn’t have receipts when they ask for payment evidence.
Transaction history will only show recent five transactions. No way to search for transactions provided on the app and then one on the web is a dummy. The worst experience with any bank for me.
