This app used my credit card without my permission and knowledge, this app used my credit card information which was saved in Apple without my permission I didn’t even input anything into the app, nor did I interact with it. I NEED MY MONEY BACK!!

I agree with everyone else we’ve had the scanner for a long time on our iPhones and all of a sudden you take it away. It’s typical. You give us something free play with or to watch and then we get interested in it then you take it away from us.

Very poor instructions! CHINA AGAIN!! Dont waste your hard earned money. Couldnt get an answer n phn number provided. Very poor customer service! Said no fee for camera on own network cant get the camera to connect after downloading qr code without paying for another app….what the heck!! Bait and switch who has access to my camera IF the additional funds are spent? DNT TRUST THIS CAMERA!

Doesn't deserve a single star should be -5 it just tries to force you over and over and over to download a barcode scanner app that you do not need in any way shape or form however, I downloaded the app on my Apple on my android phone rather and it works just fine but for whatever reason it's absolutely the most frustrating experience I've ever had on a cell phone and 58 years of living.... yeah is as close to a bully as you can possibly be for an inanimate object
