I’ve been using Scanner Pro for more than a decade. And it’s generally quite good. But the inability to direct export to other apps is infuriating. Only a handful of cloud services are supported. But to export to Xero for example, I have to create a workflow that creates an email that then pushes me into the Mail app, etc. Why? It’s nearly 2025. All of your competitors offer this already.

I have tried lots of the free ones and gave up with them all. Then I tied paying for two to ensure that I got the best I could. Without doubt this app does scanning the best of any that I have used. 100% perfect nearly every time. That's certainly not my experience with all the others, both free and purchased.

Easy, good quality & intuitive
I have been using this app for many years but recent updates have caused it drop my saved workflow fairly often
I’ve been using Scanner Pro for the past 10 years and it’s been an essential part of my workflow. But for whatever reason (and despite pursuing the problem at length with Readdle's tech support), in updates over the past year the app’s auto upload function seriously unravelled. So much so that regretfully, I could no longer recommend the app. But it’s good to report that finally Readdle seem to have corrected the problem. In more recent updates, the auto upload function is once again working smoothly. I’m pleased to be able once again to say “Highly Recommended”. It’s just a pity it took so long and required such persistence to get Readdle to take the issue seriously.
Works easily and makes great reproductions of small or large documents. Editing is easy to create perfect scanned docs every time. Great for taking a copy of a whiteboard (way better than a simple photo). The uses are many!
Meets all expectations. Quality graphics, easy cropping and simple exports. Highly recommended!
