Unable to login

VERY frustrating that this app constantly quits on launch (tap icon, app launches and shows swirling arrow, then crashes/quits). Every other update seems to reintroduce thus behaviour, and I have to switch to web browser instead of #%]#% app, because web browser actually works while this app frequently doesn’t. Reboot phone doesn’t do anything. Just wait a few days until next update, using web browser instead of phone app. Seriously, this is pathetic.

Unfortunately this year SchoolPass never works. There are constant issues logging in and forgetting passwords, having to delete the app and reinstall and it showing an activity more than once. Last year was a total breeze! This year it is always causing trouble.

You cannot edit the drivers which is awful. Some of these drivers have moved or have passed away!?! I would never have put half of them on there and where this app drew those names from is beyond me. It's over a decade. Today when I logged in, I have a new son! I have no idea how it got there, and one of my children is missing from the app.

The app was dumb but worked fine enough last year, but I’ve had a ton of problems this school year (3 weeks in). First off, how stupid is it to have to have different logins for kids in different schools? That’s some terrible UX design. I feel bad for parents with kids in all levels of school. This year, I’ve had an issue where the app will crash if I try to switch which kid I need to mark absent. It gets to the point that I have to uninstall the app and reinstall it then I have to get a new temp password (which both schools have to have their own password for some reason). So I can update one password, but when I have to do this all over again, I have to get a new password again because the temp passwords expire (I get it. That’s how they work). Why can’t I just have a login that shows both of my kids and their schools so if they’re both out on the same day, I don’t have to jump through a million hoops.

This app requires an excessive amount of clicks to do simple changes. If you have three kids, nothing is grouped - it’s no less than 27 clicks for a change of pickup. One of the worst apps I’ve used but forced to by the school.

as soon as I’m on the way to school it doesn't work!

This app constantly fails when I try to load it. I have to uninstall and reinstall it every time. Once I get it installed again, it doesn’t recognize me even though I have a user account nad password. It is now giving me a message that my account may not be synced but I’ve been a user for multiple years.

Terrible UI, often down, schools should be ashamed to use this.

My kids school uses this and this year so far the app refuses to actually load despite deleting app and reinstalling. Obviously a bug on their end.
