Slight app issues
Having issues when trying to see my “Total Value Chart” when I log into my account on the app, it keeps telling me “Data unavailable”. It’s been this way for about a week now. Also I’ve noticed that when trying to navigate through the “Schwab Assistant” when clicking on one of the options given, chat/threat disappears for a while and you have to scroll up to find the Main Menu again. Please fix these bugs along with some better features that other brokerage apps have. App version 14.12.0.149 iPhone 11 Pro Max

Pretty old format. Ugly GUi. But its gets my trades in, nothing to brag about
Short-term Trading
I think Schwab has improved by moving to a 1 day wait period for money to be available to trade. I think Schwab needs to seriously consider returning availability to cash on short term trading under $10,000 to immediate return or an hour at most to compete with the digital market. Otherwise I anticipate the majority of short term traders will move to digital due to this less-than variable.
Annoying and poorly designed
Everything in this app feels needlessly complicated. One example is that there’s always an unread message count, and the only way to clear it is to open every single message. There is, of course, no indication of which messages have and have not been read, so you just have to tap through every single message every time to see if you can find the one that is unread.
Dislike latest update
Changing to 1 star as I realized how much this bothers me. Please revert it back to only showing the daily gains on the main tab. It’s so busy I can’t get a grasp of what is happening with my portfolio. Have been using this app for 5 years and check it daily but suddenly on my positions page it added my total gain/loss which makes it difficult to see at a glance which stocks are up or down for the day. Wish I could turn this off. That info is on the next tab already I don’t need to see it twice.

Hard to navigate!!!
This app is very confusing and hard to navigate as a beginner. Unlike the app Robinhood. That is why easier to navigate and use. Not a good thing for you.
no MFA
only uses sms texts for authentication. now with SIM swaps anyone with your phone number can hack your account. schwab needs MFA like the other FDIC insured account holders
The update to the app is not an improvement
The latest update has selling the stock as the first choice in a drop down menu. I don’t care to sell my stock. I just want to look at its history and current standing. Consolidating all the information into the tiny space is not something that I want or enjoy. I need to go through too many useless steps to get to information that used to happen easily.
