Works great for me, no issues with it.

Since 3 of October we can’t book parents evening appointments. I was deleted 2 times the App and reinstalled again and still nothing works. I was 2 times to the school office and I have to book there but not on the App. Today I must pay for trip for school and nothing works again. Please fix this issue because this App didn’t work properly. Always been a problem when i use it.

Doesn’t seem to be linked to the web login.. Tied to use the same login and didn’t recognise the details.. went to the web worked first time. Went back to the app tried “reset password” didn’t recognise my email address.

I’m disappointed with the recent changes to the meal selection process. Previously, I could easily copy and paste my meal plan for the entire week, but now I have to select each day individually, which takes much longer. Why was this feature removed? It was much more user-friendly before.

Where has the copy and paste function gone from the extended day calendar? Please bring it back. What was a quick process is now painfully slow to do each week.

Recent updates in summer 2024 have made Apple Pay music simpler and faster - thanks for listening to the feedback and addressing your customer needs, app is now heaps better.

Son’s secondary school uses Scopay. It works fine for most things but there’s no way to set up alerts within the app. When I set alerts on the website, I can only see them from the website. The app shows the number of alerts pending next to the bell icon, but when I click on it, it says “You have no alert messages”, even though there are alerts showing on the site.

Have written to Developer but says there isn’t a problem. Have reconfigured alerts and even changed email address. Still not working.

Much better now it keeps me logged in.
