ScotRail Train Times & Tickets

I’ve been use mTicket since Feb 2024, (touch wood) it’s easy to use and reliable. However, I felt let down when I first experienced cancellation and delay and needed to raise delay repay - the journey doesn’t cover mTicket nor flexipass. Please keep up the good work and fix that asap. Or else, I might move back to Smartcard or even paper ticket!

Seriously good app. I looked because the ticket office que was round the corner. Fast download over data , register and purchase to about 2 minutes and I was on the train. Top class👍😎🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Since the last update it’s impossible to buy tickets through the app. I keep receiving error messages despite deleting the app and reinstalling it, developers fix it please

The features of the new update are great but the app no longer allows ticket purchasing and just presents an error message rendering the main reason I use the app unusable. May as well use trainline instead

App keeps crashing, I can’t buy tickets.

After the last update it has become impossible to buy tickets through this app, rendering it useless. No matter what kind of ticket I’m trying to buy, the error message get displayed instead. Is anyone testing these updates at all?

Yes train times are fine but tried 10 time to register for an account to buy a monthly train ticket keeps saying an offline when am connected to the internet in my HOUSE what a waste of time and money !!!!!
