Duels - somehow if i am playing the last turn, i am somehow skipped over and the win is awarded to the other party. Frustrating! Tons of ads, even if you pay. I tested the free trial and was disgusted. I still love scrabble. The tickets to the arena games sometime cannot be activated, am forced to watch ads to be able to play
When I ever I just switch from portrait to landscape or just go out of the app for a bit than when I go back in the whole app is frozen and it even freezes your entire device.
Too many AI players
Deleting this game. Had never watch so many Royal Match ads in my entire life.. what’s worse is that after playing your round, you are being forced to watch them and at times it hangs your game and you will have to force quit the game & re signing in every time you opens the app. Fix your bugs please.
deleting this game because it cheated me on one of my tiles. I managed to collect 56 paper clips and used 50 to redeem a scrabble tile but due to either a system glitch or internet connection time out, it didn’t give me my tile but succeeded in deducting the 50 paper clips. Now I’m left w 6 only but no tile and all my hard work collecting them is gone
1. Despite many attempts, no customer service response or action; frustrating chatbot, and the directions for self service are useless because those menu options don’t even exist 2. Only the Classic version has real players; the Go version is full of just robots; you can beat them but it totally kills the experience 3. Too many gimmicks, constant pursuit of ads, it’s frustrating 4. No Ads deals are total fraud, total highway robbery Disgusted. If this is the digital version of Scrabble, what a pity.
This game is really good and addictive but the system has so many bugs !!! I literally played till level 49 under adventures and one more level to complete the whole stage . Suddenly all was gone the next day . Further more I logged in with Apple ID and not guest mode !They asked me to start from level 1, msged the customer support and it’s useless , deleting the game ! Waste of time if you cannot keep our game details stored properly !!!

It would be nice if scrabble was the main game rather than the constant collection of tat.
When I first download and played it, ads appeared every 5 turns or so which is ok. But now a week after playing it, ads appeared after every turn, which is ridiculously unreasonable! Is there a bug or something? If there is, these developers better fix this nonsense before more players get rid of this game from our devices permanently. Simply ridiculous.
