Played for more than eighteen months with no hiccups. Now will not connect to server. It appears I'm not alone in this. Get it sorted please. You're taking money for a service you're not providing.

Lost years of progress and playerid
After years of playing this game using Apple GameCenter as the playerID - not a pixel federation account, or Facebook, this app had completely lost all my progress after having to reinstall because app stopped working. GameCenter did previously work fine as I was able to play on multiple iOS devices and an iPad interchangeably. Imagine my frustration to have apparently lost everything. The above said, support were responsive, and acknowledged it was an error between them and GameCenter. Updating to version released 10/JUN/24 solved GameCenter login issue. Progress restored. A hiccup I could well have done without after ~€400 spent over 4 years.
Why
Why did you stop my game when I had reached over level 600 and make me go back to the beginning?
Stopped working
I’ve not been able to access the game for a week it says it won’t connect to the server.
Game Crashed completely
Unable to carry on where I left off. This main reason I don’t buy upgrades. For it to crash and lose everything. Not the first time this has happened.
Forced Facebook WHY??
Was really good, now it won’t let me into the game unless I have a Facebook account. That is not happening. Bye….
Stopped working and no developer response
On Monday, the app stopped connecting to the server so won’t load. Despite trying Facebook, Messenger, etc there has been no response from the developer so no way to get it to work
Great game!!!
I played this game for only half an hour and it is so fun and calming.However, the more you play the more addictive it becomes. And at the start it is so frustrating the amount of trips you have to make with the ships to get wood but other than that really good game.Download it!!!!!!!!

Lost sense of time playing, really enjoyable
Quite good
In general, Pixel Federation (the developing company)makes bad games but this is probably the best so download it and give it a try.
