Sea Trials - USCG License Exam

Sea Trails is the best app out there to study for mates! It has the most up to date questions out there and they continue to update. It’s so nice to be able to study anywhere on my phone. Definitely worth the money.

This app has been a great help to me in studying for my coasties. My school provides lapwere to me but I prefer to use seatrials as having the mobile app is amazing for studying deck gen/nav/safety. Pros: 1. Allows you to keep track of the questions you have looked over in study mode. This is the only one of the competitions that I could find that do this 2. Unlimited test generation (with subscription) 3. It’s on your phone 4. Makes you feel guilty when you miss days because it tracks how many questions you do pre day Cons: 1. Expensive, with new subscription model you pay 30 dollars a month. I used to pay 10. 2. The basic 20 dollar a month version only lets you take FIVE practice tests a MONTH. this is the biggest con in my opinion. 3. The explanation that is provided for the questions is often wrong and I have a feeling it was AI generated. Overall I still give it 5 stars as it has been very helpful for me to study. But if your school provides you with another service maybe skip this one because of the price

The new Sea Trials macOS app is a game-changer for me! Forget the competitors that need constant internet access or charge a $50 setup fee and a $100 monthly subscription for a WEBSITE. With Sea Trials, I got seamless offline access and super-fast performance without any extra fees. I finally passed my tests the first time using this app. The real-time score tracking and enhanced learning tools made studying straightforward and effective. If you’re serious about passing, this app is a must-have.

It’s a great app, very helpful. Only complaint is that when taking the Chart Plot practice tests the questions are not in order.

The update got a hotfix so it should be better now

This app won't allow me to create an account. It continues to state that my password needs to be 8 to 15 characters, however, it's more than that. **update ** 2 July 2024 Nothing has changed. There’s apparently still too many bugs needed to be fixed. It keeps kicking me back to a section I’ve already completed, and it doesn’t have the school I’m attending.

I just completed the 5 sections for 1st AE unlimited and used this app as my study guide. It covered over 90% of all tests. Lowest score I got was an 87. I highly recommend this app.

Finally a resource with up to date questions!! The app is so clean, no bugs yet, and the chat feature is a life saver. Worth every single penny. Thank you so much!
