A PONZI SCAM
WHY I SEATAOO IS A PONZI SCHEME (DESIGNED FOR SHORT TERM): 1. Order Source: If you order from the Seataoo website or app, of course, they will process it to show they are legitimate. However, only a few of us are ordering directly from the site. The vast majority of orders received by sellers seem to be computer-generated, not from actual customers using the Seataoo app or website. All these orders are paid using the “wallet” option, with no use of Alipay, credit card, or other payment methods. It’s highly improbable that all customers would deposit money into a Seataoo wallet just to make a purchase. 2. Order Patterns: The combination of items in these orders often doesn’t match normal buying behavior. For example, one order might include a men’s large t-shirt, an XS men’s t-shirt, and an XXL t-shirt. It’s plausible that someone might buy items for different people, but it’s highly unlikely that nearly all customers would have such varied and inconsistent order patterns. As a seller on platforms like Lazada, Shopee, and Amazon, I know what real buyer purchasing behavior looks like, and Seataoo’s orders don’t match this behavior. 3. Unusual Combinations: I once published 10 different items that wouldn’t logically be combined in a single purchase. Yet, I still received multiple orders combining these items in implausible ways. This strongly suggests that these orders are computer-generated, not placed by real customers. 4. Lack of Transparency: There’s no convincing explanation for the whereabouts of these supposed customers. If Seataoo were truly serious about their e-commerce platform, they would invest in transparency and tracking for orders, like other established platforms do. 5. Facebook Presence: Seataoo claims to be marketing their brand, but their Facebook page shows no paid ads, even when they announce sales. This is unusual for a serious e-commerce business. They should have a significant following and engagement by now if they were genuinely marketing to customers. 6. E-commerce Facade: It seems likely that the e-commerce platform is just a front. The real business model appears to be recruiting sellers and pulling in money, similar to a Ponzi scheme. The focus is on seller recruitment rather than attracting real customers. Conclusion: If Seataoo were genuinely serious about their e-commerce platform, they would prioritize customer acquisition and retention. They would have organic customers and a transparent system for tracking orders. I
