SeatGeek - Buy Event Tickets

I ordered tickets for an event i can't attend, when I purchased them It was written I can get an return. Just so you know when they say return they mean credits on there platform for one year. And when I asked for return they sent me to Ticketmaster to ask them to send the tickets to seatgeek.

I seriously regret using their services

I think the app is great for finding the tickets you are looking for, and I emphasize on FINDING, it even has promo codes giveaways. But unfortunately the only billing address options are only U.S / Mexico/ Canada. Like I’m not from any of the above countries but I’m flying to the U.S for the summer and I would like to attend a concert. However, I can’t buy the tickets because of this problem. I mean not only these citizens like attending concert... I hope it is fixed soon, before August hopefully.

So easy and I feel like they have the best price possible. Plus you usually refund tickets up to 48hrs before the event without an extra charge.

Great seats at a reasonable price

There is no way to contact them. They want you to go through all their “frequently asked questions” instead. Then it gives you instructions on how to find their contact number (ONLY if you purchased tickets you SHOULD be able to get their support number, it’s a secret I guess). Following THEIR written instructions word-by-word and we cannot locate their number. My husband bought concert tickets through them (thought he did presale so I have no idea how he got here to seatgeek). I am sorry, I can’t imagine supporting a business who avoids their customers like this - they need some Chick-fil-A , Zappos, or Trader’s Joe training!
