Seattle Storm

New update seems to have removed the ‘choose the player’ game. I had over 30k points and was ranked in the top 30 all-time. New app looks a bit flashier, but is completely useless.

This app needs updated and a major overhaul. I would like to keep up with the team and its roster but there isn’t anything to view.

There is no value to the fan in the thinking, user experience, or functionality of this app. Really an utter disgrace for this franchise. Just put a link to Ticketmaster and WNBA team site and be done. Offer no expectations of more if there is no intent to deliver.

It’s sad that we’re in a tech hub and still don’t have a functional app. Would LOVE a more functional app someday.

Starting at logging in or signing up, the input fields aren’t ’touchable’ - it’s a smartphone app! The shop button doesn’t bring anything up. The tickets button kicks you out to TicketMaster which is fine but somehow it can’t show all my tickets. Just some that were purchased through the storm app, not the other ones purchased directly in the TicketMaster app itself. And vice versa which might be a TicketMaster problem but this is 2024 so issues like this should have been easily resolved last decade. I thought maybe I used using it wrong so I clicked the tutorial button and got a 404 error that the page doesn’t exist. So I don’t think it’s me. Why bother with this at all? It really says to fans “don’t bother because we can’t be bothered”. Not great messaging.

The only thing this is good for is checking the schedule/game time.

Check in doesn’t work. Freezes frequently. Lots of errors. Please fix this! It’s so sad!! I would use it all the time if it just worked!!

Freezes, not current, a waste.

I really would like to follow the team but this app just doesn’t work for a lot of folks apparently. I hope it changes.
