This app keeps on login out even when you have already login on previous use, but still it keep asking to login, even after every update. Sesco doesnt care about this app, they still make money from you anyway. Editted 4 Nov 2024: the developer says if inactive it will logout, nooooo, this stupid app will always log you out everytime you update the app. I use this app on a monthly basis to check and pay my bill. What a stupid excuse you say by saying it will logout if inactive??

I paid my bills via counter, but it is not yet updated in my apps. It said i havent paid my bills. When i try to add new account, it say my account does not exist.

I use the log in it says i dont have an account but when i try to create account, it says that the email has been used.

Improved ui layout, efficient help desk. Hope the system or apps allow non tele call to resolve issue becoz sometimes is very hard to get through when calling hotline number.

After the latest update, cannot use online banking anymore. Wow, a what genius decision.

Pls solve the issues! I can’t login both of the app and website and no hardcopy bills send to my house, how I manage to pay the bills. Don’t ask me to contact to the respective branch or customer service. When u see this post, pls do ur jobs and get it done ASAP. TQ!

Dear SEB team, Please upgrade apps as I can’t proceed to pay via personal banking. It’s pop out no valid amount eventhough I have select the amount.
