Ate my credits
Top up 5 credits, but none was added in, what is wrong i have no idea. But basically this is cheating.

I don’t understand why someone would build an app, make it popular, and then not care if customers have issues. I’ve spent a lot of money on this app. I recently tried to renew, and after paying, my number isn’t receiving anything. I’ve messaged several times, but no replies. I’ve used the number for many important things, hoping I would continue using it for years.
