Bugged
Just opened my account with SECU, downloaded the app and when I go to sign in, it keeps displaying the same pop-up “Refresh disclosure”. I refresh it and I get the exact some pop-up. Have yet to be able to access my account after 5 hours. Definitely a bug that needs to be addressed.
Great app

SECU Bank, mobil and customer service
I left Bank of America after 35 yrs! the fraud was rampent and I was advised to close my account by Bank of America. I could go on and on about the problems I had there but I closed my account. I had a small account with SECU but decided to do my full banking there! It has been a godsend. I am back to personal banking! It so nice to walk into the bank and be recognized and treated with respect. They are so accomodating. There is never a long wait and they work hard to meet my needs. I have several accounts with them and I have had several loans. All have been smooth without complications. I cant say enough about a smaller local bank! SECU specifically! I have a code word for my banking and they ask me every time!! A larger bank has too many departments which means so much more red tape and wait. One hand has no idea what the other is doing! One department only has access to certain information so you have to deal with one department at a time! to handle one transaction. And they never asked me my code word!! SECU is a wonderful bank and so easy and straight forward. The Fraud dept. is ON IT. They call me before a fraudulent transaction goes through! unlike BOA! I do not right reviews normally, but I am compelled to write this one! I couldnt be happier and highly recommend! especially for peace of mind with a very secure system of banking.

Honestly the worst credit Union app to be honest. I’m constantly locked out of my account for no reason!

The bank is great and the app is very easy to use
Great banking app!
All the important actions are right in front of you. It is Easy to deposit checks with the auto camera feature. Well done SECU I remain amazed at how technically advanced we your systems are.
Pretty Good
It’s mostly good but my transfers are late all the time.
App won’t let me log in to my account
App won’t let me log in to my account. The app tells me to create a new password, however, the login button disappears. The app has bug issues.
