It is a pain to always have to change you password. Also, program shuts off biometrics every so often so you have to look up your password. Not nearly as good as the bank programs. Boarders on being terrible. Have considered moving account to a new bank because of this program.

Not possible to add cards even with this new update, also its not clear how to contact the app technical support to explain the issue

Doesn't even let you copy or paste text into the app- go ahead and type those routing and account numbers manually!

I dont know why, but it recently started always showing my account numbers even if I click to hide them. When it started doing this it also started also showing my account number in my instant balance before I logged in so I turned that back off.

secu is good. But the design is too ugly and not having a good UI and UX

The app is good needs to add an important feature and it’s the cost category for a monthly review or weekly. To show how much the person spent on food, transportation, … etc It’s very handy I hope you add it soon.

Deposit a check via taking picture is really a horrible experience in this app. I failed many times before it could go through. I have no idea how they certify if it’s a good or bad picture, and giving no reason why it was failed. Well, just redo it and it costs a lot of times while it just need 5 mins to finish it in a branch bank. The rests of the app are super ok to use

Transaction failed and customer service agent asked to go to the bank
