I uninstalled and reinstalled the app as directed and found the update has not worked. I still cannot use biometrics.

The App. shows an error message and nothing can be done.

I haven’t been able to launch the new version. It can not find the server it is looking for. I brought this to their attention with no resolution

Accessing all documents and charts for all investment portfolios and retirement has never been easier I hope it upgrades more once the acquisition occurs

This app is nothing more than a web browser packaged as an “app”. You can get an identical experience by jump going to their website from your phone. All that to say, this is a pretty clunky, unoptimized way to interface with your finances.

Securian’s mobile app is terrible. Like, comically bad. It’s as if the creators never bothered to try their own app. If I wasn’t forced to use Securian through my employer I never would. Here are some of the top reasons: 1. Investment Performance info is only accessible via PDF. So, if you’re using your phone, it’s incredibly difficult to read. 2. Complete lack of real-time data. Compared to day, Fidelity’s app, Securian is a joke. Securian only shows you historical data, so you have no idea how your investments are actually doing in the marketplace. 3. Statements, like Investment Performance, is only accessible via PDF. So again, why bother creating a mobile app? It’s basically unusable. 4. iPad version is terribly configured. Very difficult UX. 5. Statements access is often inaccessible due to “Technical Difficulties.” The entire a Securian app is one giant Technical Difficulty.

App does not work. Unable to log in. The website works perfectly.

My company switched to this plan this year. Very bad customer service. If you call the number you cannot get a hold of a real person. No chat support. The app itself won’t work. Every time I log in and it asks me to send a request for temporary access code it says unexpected error has occurred. It has been like this for a week. No help at all. I have to tell HR we have to switch off this company.

I’ve tried messaging 2 separate times and get no response. Horrible customer service.

So simple to use and tells me exactly what I need to know. Finally, the experience that I’m looking for to manage my wealth/financial future. ThankYOU!
