Unbelievable terrible bank and awful app! Looks like they never heard how to do apps! It works one time a week, that’s all!And you can forget forever about real security in this company. Lowest quality app which I’ve ever seen.

I use the app to track my bank loan payments. Not much expectations on other features but, for what its worth, it serves its purpose. Didn’t experience crash or bugs so far, so hopefully it will be like that. Otherwise I will revise this rating with lots of bashing. 😁 — Boo! Face recognition login won’t work after update app!

I couldn’t proceed on enrolling my new account. I always get “unable to process” response on the web. Please fix your app, if not just delete it as it’s useless anyway

After the new release I can’t login on my account, please fix asap.

The app displayed transfer failed 3 times, but then ny account was also reduced 3 times. I incurre 3 separate fees because of this. So unreliable and disappointing.

Please put back Converge.

Quick login not working even after i updated the app

I never had success processing a bank transfer. It always fails telling me it’s fraud. I dont get it! Such a useless app!

I locked my credit card thru this new mobile app but still after few days my credit card was still hacked. Please do improvements on your security. Thanks

Im a first time user of this bank and app. But its so frustrating that it always crash when I open it. I cannot log in. Error always shows that “Something went wrong”. I registered Face ID but its not even working when I quick log in. The first time I enroll my account I cannot even submit my credentials. I believe this is already the new version of the app but why is the performance still not getting better!!?
