I can never access my app later in the evening, and every time I try to login in the evening, I’m told that another device is logged into my account, even though I only have my phone logged in. Get a better app SSFCU

I can’t click in the app more than two or three times before I get an error message saying “unable to verify device”. I’ve tired clearing cache. Restarting. Uninstalling etc. crap.

what is wrong with your app? It’s 2023 and I can’t access my accounts at midnight?! This is ridiculous. Please get with the times. Hire better devs, I don’t know what to tell you. This is insane!

The general app works great but the additional services like being notified of purchases on the Apple Watch or even getting a banner on the phone don’t work. If this feature can be updated and fixed I would definitely rate it higher.

One would expect a banking app to validate your login to use the app. Yes, that part it does well; so well that it validates your information with every tab or screen you visit. These validations take anywhere between 10 seconds to beyond a minute…maybe more…I lose interest and find a computer to try my luck there. Slowest app I have ever encountered.

I use SecurityService bank because it had helped me in so many ways. But their app is a joke. I open it and everything is blank. I called to get help and they said to re-download it. I did and still nothing.

App usually works just fine this last month it’s just garbage. Y’all can’t offer something and then let it go to trash after people come to rely on it smh. Update(6/28/23) app is backing to working just as fine as before.

If you owe them they are taking you money away. Even during life’s hardships. They have gone inhumane by draining you accounts in order to settle debits. Pay or leave this bank.

Since being made to update the app, it does not work!! It won’t allow me to sign in. I get the message of “Thank you for your patience, almost done” All it does is go back to the log in screen. Please fix this!!!

I have tried to load and download this app four times. It downloads but then I can’t open the app.
