Although this app looks promising in Instagram ads, its interface is far from user-friendly, and it lacks the esencial tools needed to address this. If you only want to listen to podcasts that are already available online and take notes, then go ahead and buy their subscription. However, there’s no option to request a refund. I even tried contacting them via email, but my message bounced back because the email address listed on their website doesn’t exist. I demand a full refund.

It costs money people are greedy and want money more than they want to help people

I get that you guys want to make a profit with the pro version, but stop forcing it on me. Every time I open the app it requires me to start my free trial and I can’t even cancel the pop up. I can’t even use the app without going pro. I am sure this is probably a technical error but please get it fixed as soon as possible, other than that the app is pretty helpful

was excited to find an app that seemingly worked well. did the opening assessment and now i’m stuck on a screen trying to get me to pay. claims there’s a free version but there’s no other option besides making me pay..

Forces me to buy the pro version even tho there is a free one. There is no X button on my screen.

The app took my money and never gave me pro features. I redownloaded it and it reset to the onboarding questions and didnt give me the pro. Purchase is non refundable and they arent answering me. Aside from that, the app does nothing but display a timer. Should be 0 stars

My honest experience with this app is it works, now I am not fully done with rewiring myself and I fall to my temptations quite often, but I am slowly getting better, now my complaint to this app is it won’t stop sending me subscriptions messages and trials, for example just today, I get a message telling where am I at today, I went to go and check the app out, and it locks me in a message saying how the 3 day free trial works, which I don’t really care much for, but here is where the problem comes, I try exiting this side of the app, and it won’t let me exit, as if it is forcing me to buy it, now I just want to know if this is a mistake or not, but generally this isn’t helping much with my addiction and how I can come over my temptations.

I payed for the subscription but never got any pro benefits and there still locked

I’m trying to continue with “my journey” but there’s no option to continue for free unless I pay the yearly or monthly. What am I supposed to be doing differently?
