Can’t log in mobile
This has been a problem from the start. First of all I can’t log into the app at all, only online from a computer. Second of all it looks like lots of funds are missing from my account which I’ll have to look into. The website itself is terrible and it looks like it was coded by a 3rd grader. The last thing I’m going to write on here with the hundreds of issues already, is that they overcharge for the “monthly” service fees. Seems like they charge way more often than just a month for a high price for each machine. Also they stole $100s from me with 3 useless transfers. They charged the initial charges and monthly charges; never knew what these extra transfers were.
