Awful services
The app orders not working The call center feedback is fake The whatsapp response is useless I made the order through the app and after 3 hours i called the call center and they said (yes we are looking for your order and the branch will call you) Then after 45 minutes i called back and they said the we have a technical issue please call the branch and use whatsapp !!! Anyway after calling the branch and sent the prescription on whatsapp after another hour i got no where and they did not have the medicine available They simply don't care

Very bad pharmacy and service
Making orders via the app that never sent, trying to contact the pharmacy to track the order, they keep asking about the order id, after this they disappear. Non professional and irrespective staff.
