App crashes when logging in

Very hard to make payments. The app crashes or just doesn’t respond when I try to do anything.

Completely unusable. So glitchy and unstable it should be criminal. Imagine an app with frequent seizures and Tourette’s. This app is far less reliable than that one would be. It’s like the entire purpose of the app is to provide would be users with an existential encounter with the futility of American health care.

Wow this app doesn’t really work at all

This app is worthless. You would thing after charging us insane amounts of money for nothing they would make it easier to give them your payment info. This app must have been someone’s high school project because it sure doesn’t work properly. Good try but i cant believe it made it into the app store. Smh

I guess all the millions Select Health makes doesn’t get spent on their app. Go ahead and download if enjoy a frustrating and uninformed experience.

The app is horrible, cant add my insurance if card to mobile Wallet, find a provider/hospital doesn’t work. The make a payment link is broken, I expect better from a “high end” health insurance provider.

Can no longer sign into the app. It makes me go online and it’s doesn’t give me any options like the app did. Like downloading my medical cards and billing and other stuff.

For years I was able to easily pay my premium through the app. NO MORE! The devs have removed the option to pay. I now have to call Customer Service to make my monthly payment. (The Select Health CS rep I spoke with said they’re getting overwhelmed with complaints.) For the devs: I’m using a new iPhone 15, running iOS 17.3, on the most recent version of your app. This is a P0 bug. The next update needs to fix this issue.
