For a shop that cares about its reputation, having an app like this is a shame Extremely slow, not user friendly, no option to edit delivery address during checkout - it just insists on sending to the first address in your address book even though you might have moved countries. It took me 45 minutes to checkout a pair of shoes. Never again!

App barely works. Ironically, the Feedback and Rate buttons don’t work at all. Max of 50 items in the Wishlist is also far too low for the amount of items stocked (& never restricted when shopping elsewhere?). When you are asked to delete some Wishlist items and select delete on an individual item - the entire list goes. Happened 3x.

Even tho Selfridges has a wide collection of items that you can purchase ,there are many problems with the wish list of the app.For starters when I first started using it I came across a problem that I have never seen before.The problem was that even after I had saved what I liked there was nothing on my wish list.I reloaded the app many times but there was nothing to be found so I had to start finding every item again.When I finally could put things in my wish list I came across another problem, what I came across was that I could not delete the products that I didn’t like from the wish list.Again, I refreshed the app multiple times but the items where still there.Finally after about 10 times of trying and many hours in the process I managed to get them out.For a couple of days now I didn’t come across any other problems on the app except a little while ago.I’m very angry about this problem because every single item on my wish list was gone!!!!For good!Im mad because I spend a lot of time finding these items (not that it’s the end of the world but still) and even tho I refreshed everything (even my phone!) I could not find anything…so now I’m starting again but instead of putting all of the items on the wish list I will be screenshoting them!!!

Selfridges is the best online store. Perfumes are original quality in Selfridges.

So delighted to see a pair of NIKE presto shoes I have never seen before or seeing it at the other website just for once logged in. It’s like in heaven. I want more surprises

Excellent experience and love the wish list

The app cannot do basic maths, the numbers in my cart and check out are different. I’m charged MORE than the legal 10% taxes to ship to Australia…what the hell is going on!

On the payment page it comes up with 2 factor authentication for my card provider that you have to go your texts to get the code but when you go back to the payment page in the app it says payment timed out and starts the process again. You end up going in circles so I had to use the website in the end . Nice idea but just not usable

When I open the app the screen on my iPad won’t rotate so I shop at a 90 degree angle.

The layout is easy to navigate plus I was able to checkout and pay on the app while website had trouble processing my payment.
