This app has bugs, it keeps logging me out for an unknown reason. The app is unusable. I cannot achieve any tasks on it without being logged out for no reason. The app layout is very poor too and hard to navigate.

Easy and accurate

1. No app for iPads. There used to be one, and now we have to put up with the tiny iPhone version on a large screen. 2. The graph of the daily performance sometimes works, mostly it doesn’t during the trading day. 3. Every now and then, it requires you to revalidate your credentials on another screen, instead of using your Face ID. I know of no other banking app or trading app that does this, and it’s very annoying.

Used for about 4 years now, cheapest brokerage i could find (~$10 to buy/sell) and I’ve bought about $28000 worth of ETF’s over the last couple years. They offer everything I need in the Australian market. 5/5 stars, had trouble with 2FA so I sent an email to their support team which works 24/7?? They emailed me back within an hour and it was 2am-3am QLD time, great guys and they fixed it. My account has always been rated as one of the bottom 20% in individual performance compared to other people on Selfwealth, even though i’ve only had gains YOY, might be because ETF’s have lower yearly growth than picking individual shares which is the only thing i’ve ever been confused about. Either way i’m happy with the app!

Junk app. Can’t do basics - no portfolio content, can’t transfer money out you simple can’t be mobile and be a sw client.

The app is borderline worthless and useless if it keeps signing you out and requiring a google login… what a joke, might as well use the site

Are you ever going to fix the issue where the app forgets the registered FaceID and makes you sign back in again? It’s been like this for years. If it’s not a bug but a security feature then at least explain that. Support keep claiming that this isn’t supposed to happen yet it does.

Selfwealth is the most abysmal platform. The app barely functions, the support system also doesn’t seem to work. It is remarkable how this platform even runs day to day.
